Have you ever felt you don’t know nothing about life? Already had the sensation of breaking up your bubble and born again? That's the feeling I had when the plane landed in Santiago del Chile for the first time, the decision of leaving everything behind and traveling was not hard to take. Since I was a little girl the lights on the planes fascinate me, how it would be if I know how to fly? That was the question spinning around my head, it was just a matter of time to have my first opportunity to see it in my own perspective. The world seemed enormous when I was up in the plane, imagining people being small underneath me, wondering about their lives and passions. - Everything seems magical when you see them far and away! When I left home for this adventure I knew it was an open door to the real world, only imagining how many surprises the world will show me, how deep and beautiful life could be. Saying yes to all these possibilities, would change my life forever. During this 12 months I fell in love in Chile, got my heart broken in Argentina, challenged myself through Bolivia, worked hard in Peru; hitchhiked through Ecuador and had the best time of my life in Colombia. I’ve seen the most beautiful blue sky and mountains next to the beach, an imaginable scenario of nature. The situations that challenged me the most was when I were battling my feelings, first time traveling far from home for some time, it was hard to learn how to trust in life and be myself no matter the situations. When do you take off the maternal language, change the place, the structure of everything as you always know, you start to ask yourself who you are and what do you want for this life. It's amazing how we can construct a world through our perspectives, so if you change the context then you change yourself too. I changed myself because I understood the world is much more than I thought, people can be surprising, everything can change in a second and all you have is yourself. I felt like Alice in Wonderland when she took the potion and shrunk, then she found doors that never saw before. Open up the life's door and find a garden where you understand the power of being small is magical! To make the bigger changes, it comes from the smaller things in life.
