Ever since I can remember, I have always been moving around. Whether moving to another school or city, it has been a part of my childhood. Kalamazoo/Portage Michigan is where I was raised and I made efforts to making sure that I leave this unsupportive town who had disbelief in my dreams and goals. I had the opportunity to travel and work as a singer and actor on cruise lines. In addition, working in films and tribute shows have contributed in assisting in my solo travels in places such as Shanghai, Napoli, Barcelona and Berlin to name a few. There has been an awakening in which I ask myself: ‘Is America the only place where I should call home?’ ‘Is the entertainment industry too diluted for my type of identity and aura?’ ‘Where is my community and the place where my energy will flow?’ I have stories and experiences in which has built up my character and awareness to where home may be or where home is not.
