Making a local connection South Africa

Wonders Of Africa Here is a young aspiring travel writer and influencer from the Xhosa tribe who's been no where else but around the cultural driven province of the Eastern Cape. The original dream after high school was to pack a backpack filled with all my essentials and camera and travel around the continent of Africa, but now I want to see the whole world. My first stop was Durban, located on the beautiful shores of Kwa Zulu-Natal.This is a typical example of a rainbow city, I mean everything and everyone is here from natural to a man-made tourist attraction, Zulu traditions to Indian traditions, this city is beautiful. The CBD is comprised of both historic and anatomical museums, with all universities and the beautiful Mosses Mabhida Stadium which was built for the 2010 Fifa World Cup.My favourite part was visiting the Nkosi Albert Luthuli ICC where the world meets Africa. I did a lot of networking with other influencers there and met people that I idolise. We then went to Sun Coast complex of the Tshogo Sun Hospitality family to start our walk of The Durban Golden Mile situated along the coast line with all the Hotels, beaches, skate parks and marines, oh! and Africa's most busiest harbor. uShaka-Marine World was the highlight of the whole trip,I saw both beautiful and most scary sea animals what a thrill. My most favourite was the Dolphin performance Stadium. We then closed the visit by watching traditional Zulu dancers (AmaJinge) in action these are good to a point where they've been invited to perform in Italy three times, Amazing!. I met a lot of potentials like me and those I look up to recommended my work as an artist and blogger. I never thought making a local connection would be so much fun and interesting, now I can say "lokal es lekker" (local is nice) in Afrikaans. #AfricaHasMore IG @vezivutula
