We hear a lot about gender equality, glass ceilings and equal pay, but there’s one area where women take the lead – travel. Nearly two-thirds of travelers today are women, according to the George Washington University School of Business.

The global travel industry is worth more than $7.6 Trillion, and women make 80% of all travel decisions.
