Your travel plans may have been disrupted by COVID-19 and we recognise you may be unable to travel, or have no reason to travel, in the future and may wish to cancel your policy.
Before you decide to cancel, please make sure you consider the existing value under the policy, including for example any pre-trip cancellation cover you may have. The extent of cover afforded will depend upon both the policy wording and the individual facts and circumstances of the traveler. Cancelling your policy means you won’t be eligible for any cover or to make any claims under the policy.

Cover is not available for loss arising from: government intervention including travel bans, border closures or broadly imposed quarantine requirements; events for which the Government (see your policy) has issued a ‘Do Not Travel’ warning or its equivalent, for your destination(s); or failure to follow advice from official bodies.
