The most common reason the website won't log you into your membership is because your web browser has cookies disabled.

What are cookies? Cookies are simply files containing information such as login details or preferences that websites store in your browser.

We need cookies to know who you are and give you access into your membership. Without cookies enabled in your web browser, your username and password won't work (even if you've reset your password).

How to enable cookies and login:

1. Select your web browser: FirefoxChromeSafariInternet Explorer or Opera 
2. Follow the steps shown to enable cookies
3. Close down and reopen your web browser
​4. Sign in to your membership using your username and password. Forgot this?

 

Firefox

  1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then select 'Options' from the drop down menu.
  2. Select the 'Privacy' tab.
  3. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
  4. Check the Accept cookies from sites box.
  5. Check the Accept third party cookies box.
    Disable third-party cookies in Firefox to stop some types of tracking by advertisers can cause problems with some websites. Enable this setting to rule it out as a cause for your problem.
  6. Click on the OK button to save your preferences. Now try refreshing the browser and logging in to your account again. If you are still having issues logging in please visit Mozilla's support page for fixing login issues.

Chrome

  1. Click the Chrome menu in the browser toolbar and select 'Settings' from the drop down menu or go to chrome://settings/.
  2. At the bottom of the page there is a '+ Show advanced settings' link, click on this to see more options.
  3. In the 'Privacy' section, click the Content settings button.
  4. In the 'Cookies' section check the Allow local data to be set box. If you only want to accept first-party cookies, select the Block all third-party cookies site data checkbox.
What's the difference between first-party cookies and third-party cookies? First-party cookies are set by the site domain listed in the address bar. Third-party cookies come from other domain sources that have items, such as ads or images, embedded on the page.
5. Click on the OK button to save your preferences. Now try refreshing the browser and logging in to your account again. If you are still having issues logging in please visit Chrome's support page

Safari

  1. Click the Safari menu in the browser toolbar and select 'Preferences' from the drop down menu.
  2. Select the 'Privacy' tab.
    Only an administrator can customize the privacy settings and remove the Privacy tab.
  3. In the 'Block cookies' section check the from third parties and advertisers box
  4. Now try refreshing the browser and logging in to your account again. If you are still having issues logging in please visit Apples's support page.

Internet Explorer

Please note: We're currently experiencing some troubles with IE9 and IE10. Please try another web browser to sign into your membership if you also have issues. 
  1. Click the Internet Explorer menu in the browser toolbar and select 'Internet Options' from the drop down menu.
  2. Select the 'Privacy' tab.
  3. Use the slider to change your cookies settings to either Medium, Low or Accept All Cookies.
    Changing your privacy preferences does not affect the cookie acceptance policy for cookies that have already been set unless you move the slider to Accept All Cookies or Block All Cookies.
  4. Click on the OK button to save your preferences. Now try refreshing the browser and logging in to your account again. If you are still having issues logging in please visit Microsoft's support page.

Opera

  1. Go to www.worldnomads.com
  2. Right click in the browser toolbar and select 'Edit site preferences' from the drop down menu.
  3. Select the 'Cookies' tab.
  4. check the Accept cookies box
  5. Click on the OK button to save your preferences. Now try refreshing the browser and logging in to your account again. If you are still having issues logging in please visit Opera's support page.
