Sales paused for Australian Residents

At World Nomads, we believe traveller safety is paramount and as a responsible travel insurance provider we’re always looking to evolve our travel insurance coverage to better meet your concerns and needs.

We’ve been listening to your feedback around COVID-19 and traveling overseas. As a result, and while the Australia and New Zealand hard border closures continue, we are pausing sales for Australian and New Zealand residents only from 1 April 2021 and taking the opportunity to update our travel insurance coverage.

Travellers from other countries wishing to buy travel insurance to visit New Zealand and Australia (and other countries) can continue to do so

This will have no impact to existing Australian and New Zealand travellers who have already bought travel insurance with us, and all our support services, including 24/7 Emergency Assistance, Claims and Customer Service, will continue to be available to support travelers.

We plan to be back in market supporting our travelers with updated travel insurance plans, once the borders are fully open to international travel.

We’ll continue to update you on our website, and via the Nomads News newsletter, on when we will be selling travel insurance to Australian and New Zealand travellers again.
