We're offering options to our customers whose travel has been impacted by COVID-19. Based on your policy and circumstances you will need to follow one of the links below.
You may be eligible for a refund if you haven't and don't need to use your policy to travel or claim, and your policy has a start date of 19 March 2020 or after.
Submit cancellation requestYou may be eligible to take up our credit option for the original value of your unused policy, to be used against the purchase of a future policy. To redeem your credit, you must purchase a new policy and request the credit be applied against it by 31 March 2022.
Read more about the credit offerIf your trip date has not yet passed, you can extend your policy start date by contacting us and we will help you change the dates where eligible. There are limits on how far in advance you can move your policy - send us your policy number and our service team can advise.
