When it comes to claims related to trip cancellation or baggage, it should only take about 15 days for you to hear back from us as long as you have sent all the supporting documentation. If you are submitting a claim for a medical emergency, the processing time will vary depending on the type of emergency and what documentation is required.
To ensure the shortest possible turnaround time, please be sure to provide all the information requested on the claim form; send in original bills / invoices; and review your claim form to see if you've completed each section. If the case manager has to make requests for additional information or documents, it will prolong the time to assess your claim.
