A single policy covers one Irish citizen or resident, 64 years old or younger on the issue date of the policy (or the date of an extension) and up to 8 financially dependent children/grand children under 21 years and in full time education at the issue date of the policy (or the date of an extension) travelling together and normally reside with the policy holder. All people on a policy must be Irish citizens or residents. You must add the details of all people on the policy for coverage to apply.
Note: For policies purchased after 1 August 2019, your World Nomads policy is backed by XL Insurance Company SE. For policies purchased between 1 November 2018 and 16 January 2019, your World Nomads policy is backed by certain underwriters at Lloyd’s. For policies purchased between 17 Jan 2019 and 31 July 2019, your World Nomads policy is backed by Lloyd’s Insurance Company SA.
