How do I make a claim if I can't complete it online?

Your insurer, Bupa will require a description of your claim and supporting documentation in order to proceed with assessing your claim. You can scan and email your supporting documentation through to the claims team at Bupa Global or send them by mail. Be sure to keep a copy, just in case.
