Hurricane Beryl – July 2024

On Monday 1 July 2024,  countries in the Caribbean Sea area began issuing hurricane warnings as Hurricane Beryl moved through the region. After making landfall on Grenada’s Carriacou Island, Hurricane Beryl has since strengthened into a Category 5 Atlantic hurricane and Grenada has declared a state of emergency. Closures to airports and flight delays are anticipated.
