Typhoon Kalmaegi, also known as Tino, formed as a severe tropical storm to the east of the Philippines over the weekend. The storm has strengthened into a Typhoon and is expected to make landfall in the Philippines on November 3rd before continuing westwards to Vietnam. Disruption to travel is anticipated as this weather system continues.
