The purpose of the Collection Notice is to explain how we handle your personal information we receive about you when you enter the World Nomads 20th Birthday Vietnam Trip Giveaway Competition

As we are a large international group, your completed competition entry form may be shared within World Nomads.com Pty Ltd (ABN 62 127 485 19) and any of our related entities worldwide. Specifically, we may share your completed competition entry form with Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 35 007 172 456) (Intrepid), Adventure Travel Trade Association, Inc (Adventure.Travel) and Toad & Co. International, Inc (Toad&Co).

Collection and disclosure of your personal information

We may collect, hold, use and share your completed registration form for the following purposes:

to process your competition entry or determine eligibility;
to contact you by phone or email to advise that you are the competition winner and for the management and delivery of the prize;
to liaise with Intrepid in relation to the prize;
If you have marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form relating to a third party such as Intrepid, Adventure.Travel, Toad&Co and/or our agents collecting your personal information, you consent to the storage of your personal information on Intrepid's, Adventure.Travel's, Toad&Co's and/or our agents databases. Intrepid, Adventure.Travel and Toad&Co may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services including contacting you via electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the third party includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications;
to add your personal details to mailing lists in the event that you have opted-in to join marketing communications by Intrepid Travel, Adventure.Travel and Toad&Co; and
we may also collect and/or use your information if we are required to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, if we are authorised to do so by law, or to comply with the law.

You can ask us for access to your personal information and to correct any inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date information we hold about you by contacting us on the information set out in the ‘Contact Us’ section below.
