I want to delete my membership

  • We can't delete your membership if you've already bought a travel insurance policy, as it's part of the insurance contract.
  • If you've got a Journal and haven't purchased travel insurance, contact us and we'll delete your membership for you. 
  • Make a copy of all your stories and photos, because deleting your membership also deletes all your content.
