Can I make a claim whilst I'm away?

Yes, you can make a claim while you travel. We understand that you might be away for extended periods of time, so our online claims system allows you to submit claims and liaise with our claims people while you are still travelling.

Simply log in to your membership page to start the process and follow the prompts to submit your claim.
