There are several ways you can check on the status of your claim.
You should have been assigned a unique claims number after you’ve submitted a claim (It should have arrived in a separate email from the confirmation of receipt.) Have that number handy. If you haven’t received one, please be patient – and feel free to follow up if it’s been some time. You won’t be able to proceed without the claims number because there won’t be a record of your information in our systems.
You can give the customer service team a call at 1-844-207-1930. Press 34 to check on an existing claim and stay on the line. A virtual assistant will text you a link through which you can check your claim status.

Trip Mate is World Nomads’ claims administrator for U.S. residents. You can log onto their website at www.travelclaimsonline.com, click on the menu field on the right side of the screen and select 'Claim Status'. After you submit the three fields of information (last name, date of birth, claim ID), your claim activity log, which shows the status of your claim, should appear.
You can send us an email to check on the status of your claim. Select 'Travel Insurance' and 'Making a Claim' in the contact form. A member of the claims team should get back to you with an update.
