Our Customer Service, Emergency Assistance and Claims Teams all speak English. If you have any concerns about being understood by our team, please contact us before you travel and we will do our best to assist.

For policies purchased before 1 September 2021

World Nomads' 24/7 Emergency Assistance team speak English and can provide multi-lingual support through an interpreter service if required.

Additionally, the customer services team and the claims team communicate in English.

Please be aware that you will have to translate documentation into English (at your expense) before submitting your claim.
