When you get a quote, we ask you to list off the countries you are planning to visit. It is important to list every single one you plan to visit. However, if you don’t have firm plans, you can select “worldwide” and that’ll cover you for *almost* everywhere.
We offer travel insurance* to most countries in the world, however war or sanctions may affect coverage available to a destination or region.
If you try to add a country that we don’t cover (including but not limited to: Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Iran and Crimea), the system won’t let you continue with the quote. If you choose certain regions like Asia or Worldwide, rather than individual countries, note that you won’t be covered for the sanctioned countries. If you choose to go the countries anyway, know that we are physically unable to provide assistance there; the government will not allow it.
Government warnings can be issued or changed without notice at any time, so always check the status with the US State Department before you buy a plan and before you pay anything towards your trip, either deposits or the full amount.
