If you're still within the free-look period of your policy, you can cancel your plan via your member account. The number of days in the free-look (also called a cooling-off or satisfaction guarantee) period depends on your state. Typically this time frame is 10 days, but some states don't offer one. Once the free-look or cooling off period has passed, your policy is nonrefundable.
