Meet Mandy Morrissey

I am from the East Coast of the USA and now live in Los Angeles. I have worked for a travel agency, tour operator, tourist board and economic development agency. At World Nomads, I look after travel insurance content and public relations for the Americas region.
I have been to 90+ countries and all seven continents. Some of my favorite travel experiences include snorkeling with hammerhead sharks in Galapagos and giant Manta Rays in Hawaii; exploring Egyptian temples; seeing Whirling Dervishes in Turkey; slowly trekking up to Tiger’s Nest temple in Bhutan; and spending time with friends all around the world.
Future activities on my dream list include trekking with mountain gorillas in Rwanda and snorkeling with whale sharks.
