If your checked-in baggage has been confirmed as permanently lost by the carrier, there’s cover to claim for the items in this baggage.
How much you can claim per item and in total depends on what type of plan you buy, the Standard or Explorer Plan.
To make a claim for your lost items, you must:
Just to let you know that if you made a claim for delayed baggage while waiting optimistically for your lost baggage to arrive, any amount paid out will be deducted from the final claim settlement of your lost baggage claim.
Also be aware that any baggage claim submitted will have the policy excess applied. There is a €70/$100USD excess deducted per person, per claimable event
