  • My bag didn’t arrive on my flight to Casablanca from Frankfurt. I waited until there were no more bags then made my claim. The next flight from Frankfurt wasn't until Friday and I had to travel to Marrakech in the morning. They said they would send the bag to Marrakech Saturday morning. I called several times and spoke with people both in Marrakech and Casablanca but they didn't send the bag on any of the three flights on Saturday. As I was leaving on Sunday morning for a two week trip around the country, I thought it wise to buy some clothes. The bag was finally sent on the 11:30 am flight from Casablanca to Marrakech on Sunday morning but we were already several hours out of Marrakech by then.

  • My kitesurfing board hit my leg while kitesurfing. There was a bump and some pain in the thigh where the impact occurred. When the area remained swollen, painful and turned black and blue approximately two weeks later, I went to the hospital to have it looked at.
